You can get lucky on CL here. I have caught up with a few. They're out there but it takes some persistence.

There is a girl who posts on St. Aug CL about on a monthly basis. 19 or 20 with long dirty blond hair. Round face. Cute uses a different name every time. Only see her on here when she needs cash. Usually only works for a week or less, then gone. She has a cute round face and not quite a spinner but not even close to plump. Her ads always speak of meeting a "generous" older gentleman for a date. She will send pic's and meet in public. Very low volume and for sure UTR. Almost looks borderline legal but does have a DL photo I'd. Always in the WFM Casual section and seems to be going into the weekend. Has anyone else contacted her?

Forgot to mention, I do have her digits, but never partook. Please PM if you have ever actually been with this one or someone you think may have been her.

Couldn't really infer hinting at help with bedroom guidance as in anything physical but more power to you if it is. No BP or CList lady will meet a guy for $30/ hr, let alone someone who apparently wrote a book.
