I noticed that too. They are probably trying to protect their shady (suspicious backpack) tactics. Something else noteworthy is that the cameras did not have audio. So these arrests are being based on seeing a specific act take place and then seeing money being exchanged afterwards.
Noticed the officer failed to explain how cameras were inserted in the locations. Affidavit also proves the sherrif could have protected the trafficking victims back in November. So, why did he let it go on? Much embarrassment so that headlines were generated.

1. I never negotiate. If a masseuse starts down that road I just don't talk. I usually get what I want. Remember, the masseuse usually turns the lights waaay down toward the end of massage, so cameras may not do well. Microphones, however, will work.

They did stop folks after they left for traffic violations so that is how they knew a lot of people. But people were not arrested then, so guys probably thought was just a ticket.

The ladies there are small and petite but they're definitely in their mid 40's to early 50's. Want to try massage with HE.

Way late in posting this. No excuses. Just didn't get around to it.
Tried out A Massage in Jupiter, just over the RR tracks on the south side of Indiantown Rd. Recommended by a buddy on this site. I called and asked for a one hour full body massage. The woman that answered the phone spoke very little English and responded with something like, "Yes, Yes, massage. ".
I shot over just 10-15 minutes later. Weird parking setup. Went in, greeted by what I would describe as a chunky Chinese woman. Not fat, but not my type. She was the one that answered the phone as she didn't speak much English. She escorted me into a nicely-decorated room and took the house fee -- I think it was $70. She left, I stripped down and laid face down. She came in and with oil, gave a decent massage -- just a little flirting with the nether region. On the flip, with no towel, after a few minutes she pointed to my favorite body part and seemed to ask permission. I nodded yes. No $ was discussed and she went to town. It was pretty good as HJ go. I did some roaming over her clothes, top and between her legs, grabbing hard and rubbing the lower. I didn't push for more as it was my first time there and I usually want to go slow and then next time push and explore as much as I can get away with. She did try to stick her finger in my a* but that is not my deal and I let her know. She brought me to a nice finish, cleaned me up and we were done. I tipped accordingly. Afterwards I showed her photos of my Chinese GF (who is in NYC). I was going to repeat but a UTR favorite got out of rehab and began twice-a-week visits with everything on the menu so I budgeted my dollars for the maximum pleasure.
I do plan to visit again soon and will explore BBBJCIM which is my fav. Sorry it took so long.
