It is located right next to Kohl's or behind the Green Turtle, south of the speedway. Close second is the First State Inn, up by the McDonald's off the first exit into Dover and at the south end of Dover is the Relax Inn Dover, after the 13/113 split, heading towards the right of the split, passing a Dunkin Donuts and Wawa on your right. There may be others.

The other two were less than. 6 each, like. 55 or. 57 and both way better than both places.

Where is the talent here in DE?When I was new in DE I read the entire threads and that gave me an idea of where the strolls were located. But of course things have changed - "The Office" was a prime spot, but it has been gone for many years! Down state in Dover, not sure what is the deal.

But if you venture up into the New Castle County area, north of the C&D Canal most of the street activity is in several places. Unfortunately, The Wilmington area has numerous strolls, not just one prime spot and over the years the activity seems to migrate from one to another. These days, when I go out I tend to hit 3 or 4 of them in a loop, often a couple of times before I see anything.
