I'm new to Kingman so bear with me on location. I was near Andy Divine & I-40, on one of the back streets when I was flagged down by a SW. I only go to town about every 2 weeks but I've seen one out on Stockton Hill the last 5 trips to town. Skinny white woman who looks black from a distance from obviously spending too much time in the sun.
