Yeah, I saw that in the paper. That explains my earlier comments about there not being a lot of action out there. There was nary a soul out there. Raleigh PD has pretty much shut down the prostitutes. LE, if you are monitoring this board which I'm sure you are, my hat's off to you. It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. So ended my latest cruise through Raleigh. Let me ( hopefully briefly) explain.

Ahhhhh, a response from one of the moderators. I was hoping someone would report my message to yall so I could get some feedback from one of you guys. Sad needs his own radio show or can co-host with Howard Stern, I don't know, but I think if you engaged a lady of the night, you are entering into a monetary promise. This post is kind of long so I am going to divide it up.

It was the coldest of nights and the warmest of days. These were the times I decided to hit Raleigh up for old time’s sakes. So on one 20-degree night I decide to see what was up in Raleigh. Hey guys, want to be famous? Star on your own TV show? Your lucky day has arrived! Just get caught entertaining a ‘lady of the night’ and star on “John TV!” In todays paper there is a front-page article on a system that Raleigh is going to trying in a few months. Last week I went back to see jasmine as her info is posted in an earler post.

I really don't think anyone with at least some common sense has too much to worry about. Just keep in mind these simple rules:
1. Do not discuss anything with the girl outside of your car. Just stop and motion for them to get in or ask if they need a ride.
2. Try to get them to prove they are not a cop. A hand on their tits or **** in most cases show they are the real deal. In some cities if you ask "are you a cop" that can be used in the courts as proof you were trying to get a prostitute. I try to be as discreet as possible just using hand gestures if I can.
3. Then and only then can you converse freely even though I still prefer letting the girl mention the actual activities and I just gesture.
NEVER, NEVER mention the words date or give the faintest impression of you want sex for money or something of value until you are certain she isn't a decoy.

Unfortunately the cops here in Raleigh don't use decoys often and they stand out like a dick on the dinner table. Decoys also won't get in your car. Cops here prefer to just pull you over once you have a real or known hooker in your car. And they know about 40 of them. If you get pulled over with one of them in your car, they pretty much have you where they want you. You better just get your stories straight (giving her a ride is pretty lame but about the best that can be said) and hope the officer is in a generous mood. You may luck out if you picked up someone that isn't a known prostitute but if you didn't I believe you're shit outta luck. :( The good news is at least you'll be famous! :D

The only way around not getting caught is to 'clear' the area. That in itself is getting harder to do since the same cops patrol the same area fairly regularly. So once you see the girl of your dreams :rolleyes: make sure there isn't any bubbas around, pick her up and proceed quickly and safely to your spot. Do not pass go and do not collect $200. Get out of the hot zone immediately especially with the girl in your car. That is your most vulnerable time of the hunt (besides actually getting serviced by the girl but none of us is stupid enough to get caught with our pants down I hope). And drop her off as quickly as possible also. I usually try to drop 'em off away from the hot zone.

One last thing before the bell rings class. Do not stay in the same area for extended periods of time circling and recircling the girls. I know I'm guilty of this myself but try to develop a circuit or route that you cruise. Mine usually takes about 30 to 45 minutes to complete starting by Jones St and ending up done by Bragg St. Then if I want to, I can tour my circuit again because sufficient time has passed. CARY -- A Cary man has been charged with running a brothel on Walnut Street. Police charged Julio Rosas Martinez, 27, of 1606 Walnut St. with maintaining a place of prostitution after Martinez arranged for Officer T. Is shame an effective deterrent for crime?

It's part of a two-part approach that also aims to clean up neighborhoods just east of downtown where police get regular complaints about prostitution. Police also are working with a network of agencies to provide counseling and therapy to prostitutes, who now typically spend a couple of nights to a few weeks in jail after getting arrested and then return to the street.

"Enforcement alone is not going to solve this problem," police Capt. Dennis Lane said Friday. "And we want to solve the problem and also get help for the women who have entered into this vicious cycle."

Police say the crackdown will apply to all prostitutes, female or male. And they don't need City Council approval to go forward. Raleigh will become the first Triangle city to try the approach.

A handful of other cities across the country, including Charlotte, Denver, Kansas City and Orlando, try to deter the illicit trade by flashing pictures of customers, and sometimes prostitutes, across TV or a Web site. Some experts say it can be an effective tool to stop customers.

"They are working men. They have some means of income. They may have a family. They have a car. They have a lot more to lose," said Deborah Lamm Weisel, an N.C. State University professor who helps police departments across the country including Raleigh.

The track record of such programs, however, is unclear. And they have faced some objections from civil liberties and women's groups.

"Shame TV" in Charlotte is about a year old. After they are convicted, johns are featured on the city's cable TV channel for about three weeks. "None of the people that have been featured have been rearrested," said Keith Bridges, a spokesman for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.

But he said it's hard to evaluate how effective the program is because most arrests happen during occasional police stings.

Sgt. Brad Dumit of the Kansas City Police Department's vice unit agrees that measuring success is difficult. In Kansas City, "John TV" has been on the air for about five years and has included NFL Kansas City Chiefs players, the head of a hospital, principals, doctors and lawyers. But the show, which lasts a few minutes, usually is on in the early morning hours when few are watching, he said. Dumit said it would have more impact if it were on during better hours.

And the program hasn't always had the intended consequences. A couple years ago, police busted eight men in a bachelor party.

"When we got them all for [soliciting] prostitution, they were all wanting to go on 'John TV' because they thought it would be neat," Dumit said. "By the same token you get people that are scared to be on it. So I'm sure it does have positive effects that we don't see. We don't get a lot of return people and that may contribute to that."

Lane said Raleigh police haven't decided whether prostitutes will appear on TV and the Internet.

Weisel said humiliation likely won't have as much impact on prostitutes.

"With people who are the lower tier of prostitution -- street prostitution -- really any kind of public shaming isn't something that would be expected to deter them," she said. "They are already on the bottom rung."

Raleigh police have identified about 40 women considered repeat offenders, whom they hope to target at first, Lane said. They range in age from the early 20s to their 50s, he said. Often they have a drug problem, were abused when they were young or don't have the job skills needed to move off the streets, experts say.

"It's not a 'Pretty Woman'-type thing," Weisel said.

In the next few days, Raleigh police officers will learn more about what services are available for prostitutes who have drug problems or who need therapy or job skills training. Lane hopes they can persuade some prostitutes to voluntarily sign up for help. And, if they are arrested, Wake County's court system will begin expediting cases, giving prostitutes the option of serving jail time or going for help.

"It's admirable of the police to try to undertake to prevent this crime from happening in the future," Wake District Attorney Colon Willoughby said. "It's not just, 'Arrest somebody and lock them up,' but 'Let's look at the root causes to see what steps we can take to deter the problem in the future.' "

Octavia Rainey, an activist in the College Park and Idlewild neighborhoods in Southeast Raleigh, has stood on street corners in her neighborhood to learn more about the prostitutes and their customers. She said she'd like the city to get even tougher by impounding johns' cars and requiring them to attend counseling, plus closing crack houses, where prostitutes often congregate.

"What we're seeing is these women hanging out on the corner, jumping in and out of cars all time of the night, and it's just awful," she said. "And the sad part is a lot of them are getting beat up and raped and hurt. It brings that stigma to the neighborhood. These women need help."

I am disheartened to see the Rocky Mount thread has disappeared. I am all ready to post some of my experiences in the Rocky Mount area and as soon as I sign up at WSG, they remove the thread. Figures. Anyway, I'll just post it here. He he he...

After reading the posts here for a long time I decided it was time for me to sac up and make my first venture into one of these fun establishments. I chose Touch With Klass.

On the rainy night of December 31st, I found myself in Rocky Mount doing a little shopping. Finally, I am able to make my first post. This is very exciting! I feel as though I know many of you personally as I have been an avid reader for some time. I've got a review for you guys to consider. You guys have almost certainly seen the ad in the Indie. that begins with something like Habla Espanol. I had a session not too long ago and it was great. I was stopped last night and searched on the side of a busy road by the boys in blue. Just a quick report on the Raleigh scene. I had to deal with a dirty lawyer on Salisbury St. so I found myself downtown. Man I hate dealing with money grubbing lawyers. I thought I had posted this on the new Raleigh board but I guess I never did. This was posted almost a year ago and the areas aren't as fruitful and alot more dangerous (arrest wise not crime wise) these days. But as requested here is your info. I trust you know what to do.

there are four main areas in Raleigh to get some sw action.
1. Jones Street between Bloodsworth and Tarboro Roads. Usually a couple of girls 24/7 but especially late night/early mornings, late afternoons and middays. Also check the parallel roads of Lane, Edenton, New Bern, and Oakwood. Mostly blacks but an occasional white girl though they are usually nasty looking. update: area has probably the heaviest police presence but can still net an occassional ho.
2. Nearby is Maple Street. Check here between Oakwood and New Bern and the parallel streets of Carver and Fisher. The small shopping center on the south end of Carver St. during the late afternoons may have some sw. Hit and miss. update: This area gets the most improved award especially if you count the streets between Maple and Tarboro Roads. Still has significant police presence.
3.Further south is Martin St. between Swain and Tarboro. Also the parallel streets of Hargett, Cabarrus, Lenoir and especially Davie St. Only Martin and Davie has continuous action. Mostly black with some decent 5-6s around. update: This area is just about dead.
3a. Nearby is State, Quarry, Coleman Streets between Lenoir and MLK Jr Blvd. Action occasionally late evenings to early mornings. this area is dead except for a occasional bsw who will treat your cock like she's trying to rub the pigment outta your skin. She fairly tall and looks decent from afar but starts dropping in points as she gets closer. Occassional bsw are at the corner of State and MLK.
4. Consistant action is found on Bragg St. between Blount and Gregg Street. Mostly black with occasional decent looking whites around. Also check nearby streets of Lee and Branch. Still true except now more hit-n-miss.

Police are well aware of these areas and the Chief helped clean up NYC and is using the same stratagies in Raleigh. If you cruise, you'll be amazed at how small the above listed areas are and there stands a good chance you'll not see one dick-sucking soul. But I can just about guarantee you'll see a few cops and if they see you at night they probably will stop you. My advice? Skip Raleigh abd head to the Bull City - Durham. Just about guaranteed action and there are a few diamonds in the rough. I just found one today which I'll report on later.

Just a quick report. At to attend to some duties downtown so after I was done I did a quick cruise though Raleigh. Cruised through town yesterday along with the fair weather and decided to check the scene. I only did one pass of the usual areas and have nothing to report as far as Bragg, Tarboro, Jones, etc. I really did not see anything. However, there may have been many out, only already with Johns.
Anyway, I did see a few SWers, but not in a usual spot. I was on Fayetville Rd./401 just through Garner, when I spotted three in a two mile range. At first, I thought that they could not be SWers, but I turned into the Wonder bread outlet and waited. As one came down the road I timed my turn back onto 401 so that she would be alongside the car. Did a cruise a few nights ago (actually a few weeks ago) a little after midnight. What happened to all the cops? There was a ton of girls out and I didn't see any cops. Allow me to clarify. When I had work in this area a while back I use to see 'em there every blue moon.

I was in Rocky Mount last summer and went to touchwithklass. As I am from up north I was not sure of the rules other than cash was leaving my hand and going into hers. She kept saying the more you pay the more you get.......after 5 minutes of this I stopped paying....I asked some questions and wasn't surprised not to get any answers but I was encouraging her to give me some direction but she wouldn't.....

That's not quite true, my man. You can be in and out of ATWK only 30 beans lighter. From what I understand the most expensive service is only around benjamin. But like I and others earlier have said, you can spend very little for a quality and quick hj.

Chesh, I haven't partaken of the AMP scene in Louisville since my days at Ft. Knox in the mid-80s. So I can't help you much there.

I enjoy the hunt for strippers too much these days. So, I don't really keep up on the AMP scene. I hit Louisville on business Thursday and Friday, then went to Indy Friday afternoon to go to the Boat Show and was scheduled to catch a flight back to RDU Friday night. However, bad weather delayed and ultimately cancelled the flight. Finding some time on my hands, I went out on the prowl. I hooked up with a stripper in Indy for Friday night. That is almost unheard of, and a personal first.

My next trip to Louisville is during the first week of April. This last trip, I discovered the WCSB in Louisville. Yeah I wanted to post about two things.

First I wanted to let you guys know about my visits with Jazz. She has remained a reliable regular. She has lowered rates for returning visitors. The place that you are curious about has nothing special that I know of, it is pretty much like all the rest. Yes there are DVD's and there is a back room, which I believe contains booths for movie viewing. They also have mags and your usual assortment of toys and supplies. This joint is similar to the others in another respect, you have to watch your ass...Literally! What used to set this one apart from the others, with the exception of the joint accross from legends, is that it was the worst. They used to have a very active scene there, where guys would line up in their cars at night trying to get up with other guys. You would drive into the parking lot and get checked out by guys in leather.

I used to go there during the day and it was still very shady. I was in high school and men in their fifties would follow us around and then stand by the dark hallway leading to the booths just staring at us. I am not gay, and I do not have a problem with gay people. These guys though are f**Ked up. There is a short story that illustates this at the end of this post. So if you are gay and are in to some sick men then: 1. You are on the wrong site. and 2. Go to these joints
If you are not gay and into sick men then when you visit these places watch yourself, be observant, no conversations. The most important thing is expect to be harrassed, especially if you go to the booths. Expect a post it note on your car when you return saying something like massage or bj and a number, and also someone watching your reaction to it. There used to be a number of fights in these joints between straight customers and these sick men. Although I suppose the way these guys act is no different than how most men act towards women, still I do not take the shit. Well this may be more info than you expected but I have a lot to say about these places. Some may post and say that I am overeacting, well I guess they have been to these places and never witnessed this stuff, cool. However, this shit is accurate regardless.

When I was a young hooligan we would walk in, let them see us, walk out and signal them, they would approach us and we would tell them to follow us to a made up apartment, on the way we would stop off at the store and tell them to buy a couple cases of beer or liquer. Then we would drive to some random apartment complex, the driver would drop the other guys off and drive to the other side. The other guys would carry the beer and the man would follow thinking they were going inside. Then of course the guys would take offwith the drinks leaving the man there. While what we did was shady, my point is that these guys will do almost anything for their fix. Much like some of us with women. Just remember straight guys become the prey in this situation. Be careful.

Last week I encountered two latinas running for a bus in a neighborhood off of Garner Rd. They missed the bus so I offered them a ride. One was hot and spoke very good English, the other was nabby and only spoke Spanish. They accepted the offer, but both got in the back seat. I asked if they were just looking for a ride or maybe a little fun as well. They only wanted a ride over to Raleigh Blvd. So I said what the hell. During the ride the hot one kept smiling at me and offering interesting info about herself. She made me drive by her work so that I knew where it was(Maxway). She said that she had a boyfriend but added that they were having all kinds of problems. When I dropped them off she asked me to come by her work, which I intend to do. I am telling you guys, talk to all cute latinas you see. Anyway, thats the only moral of the story. I am thinking about driving out to towns like Zebulon during the day. The hispanic community is very large in places like that.

I echo your comment Chesh, I had enjoyed Sgt's posts... Maybe the Sgt got busted... anybody check the brig?

I also compliment you on "carrying" this board in his absence. Since I am from elsewhere, it is always good when there are one or more active personalities that have created a good picture of an area.

When travelling to new areas I see a lot of mongers ask stupid how, where, how much questions. I say stupid because on a dead board, nobody will answer anyway, and on an active board, the questions asked are answered already--just ckick back 10-15 pages and read forward... Not that how where how much questions have no place on this forum, but a little research makes one look a bit more intellegent when asking if the question was not answered three posts previously....

Sup Chesh and SailorSam. I appreciate you all mentioning me in your recent posts. Chesh, you are correct. I have been peaking in fron time to time. Some of your tales have been well spun to say the least! Latino hot bodies? Sign me up! And no SailorSam, Raleigh PD didn't cage me.

As I've been hinting at in my past posts, I've slowed down in these 'pursuits' due to a number of reasons. Declining interest, harder time getting satisfaction from street rats, other online interests, lack of time, trying to make some headway in getting life back on track and last but not least a few bad situations. The worse of which happened a couple of months ago. I got nicked in the arm by a hardcore sw (and no, I wasn't doing a 'routine' with her). But unfortunately I'm running a little late and do not have time to expound. I've also had a few successful mongering trips, even a decent one in Kentucky but I just don't have the time to write 'em up any more. And to tell you the truth, they haven't topped my previous encounters. The most important thing to getting that hot babe in your car is time. You gotta spend that time cruising to find those rare jewels and time isn't what I have nor am I willing to make time for it like I use to. So, I guess its safe to say that I am semi-retired. :( But who kows, I may still have a few yarns to tell but I prolly won't posting as frequently as the glory days.

Well i attempted to fabricate a story for the first time this evening but was thwarted.

Here is how the story went: "I was cruising when i saw an interesting woman who appeared to be in need of a ride. I was willing to drive her to her destination. Alas she suspected i was "po po" she asked to see my "ding-a-ling" no problem. She is about to accept my hospitality BUT a "po po" turns the corner. Being VERY new to this type of fiction i ask her if i should go she says no. So i wait., The "po po" stops on the other side of the street and asks if HE can help me. Since i do not go that way i said no. The woman back to the "po po" was telling me to drive around and come back. The rude "po po" flashes his light in my eyes. Had i been slightly bolder i would have flashed him back with my light which is considerably bigger. At this point being young and out at 3am i thought there would be trouble. He told me to get out of there so i did. Having a slightly distinctive vehicle i decided not to push my luck and went home this was a sad story especially since i had drove around for 45 min trying to get in the "hot zone" had this po po really been an ass what could he do. I'm sober, have a liscense insurance no warrants, no drugs, no weapons i felt as if i had no right to offer a damsel in distress a ride what kind of world is this anyway.

normal girls?! Thats definately more my cup of tea. Sometimes I wonder how I got tied up with this. Funny how a truly innocent car ride almost two years ago would spiral off into what it has. As I said, I am only 'semi'-retired, this bloak still got some game in him. :)

Still have too much stuff to do downtown, so I decided to cruise the ol' stomping grounds and saw a very nice looking sister on Pender Street. RALEIGH -- "Johns" -- the common term for men who patronize prostitutes -- are being warned that indulging in illicit behavior in Raleigh during the next few weeks might bring unwanted attention.

Convicted johns could end up on the city's cable television channel or a police Web site, police said this week. "It more or less shames the john," said Raleigh police Lt. Philip Capucille.

The Raleigh Police Department and several other agencies are launching the CANE Project, a sting operation aimed at curbing prostitution in Southeast and West Raleigh, and in the downtown district.

Police announced the project earlier this year, but it goes into effect today and will run through June 13. CANE stands for Criminal Abatement and Nuisance Enforcement.

Raleigh will become the first Triangle city to try the approach. A handful of other cities across the country, including Charlotte, Denver, and Orlando, Fla., try to deter the illicit trade by flashing pictures of customers, and sometimes prostitutes, on television or a Web site.

"The johns are as big a problem as the prostitutes," Capucille said. "Maybe bigger, because without solicitors there is no prostitution."

Joyce Kelly lives at 208 N. State St., in one of the targeted areas. Every weekend and most weeknights, she spots the johns riding up and down her quiet neighborhood street looking for sex.

At 9:30 a.m. on May 9, an Arizona man, later found to be a registered sex offender, parked a silver 2003 Toyota minivan in front of Kelly's red-brick home while a known prostitute performed a sex act in the vehicle.

"I knocked on the window and told him I was going to call the police," she said.

The john, Mark Maurice Scheuer, 45, of Flagstaff, Ariz., was charged that day with a crime against nature. On May 15, he pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of disorderly conduct, court records show.

Along with cracking down on solicitors and streetwalkers, police also will be on the lookout for drugs, weapons and "anything that rears its ugly head," Capucille said.

Still, taking down johns is at the core of the CANE Project. "The girls are the victims because the johns keep them in that lifestyle," Capucille said.

Raleigh police will work closely with the Wake County District Attorney's Office, which will assign one prosecutor to handle all prostitution arrests for the project.

"Generally, when law enforcement makes a concerted effort to deal with a problem, we try to limit the number of prosecutors to deal with the cases consistently," Wake County District Attorney Colon Willoughby said Friday.

Capucille said he hopes that repeat offenders will be punished with more than a slap on the wrist.

"If we find the same person being convicted over and over for the same offense, then they could end up doing substantial jail time, or they may think of alternatives, including leaving town," Capucille said.

Police will also work with Interact, a Raleigh agency that offers assistance to battered and sexually assaulted women, on issues of protection, support, legal guidance, shelter and counseling.

"In this case, we're hoping they will give the women an alternative to streetwalking," Capucille said.

A task force consisting of three police districts and the police department's criminal investigation and special operations units will participate in the project. Female decoys posing as prostitutes will be on the streets to lure would-be customers.

Well guys, I have been very busy enjoying what the area off of Garner road has to offer as of late. I have found some hotSWers there. The street just past Bragg(heading towards Garner), the Garner Road Market(make sure you check inside too), Bragg, and the area back by the womens detention center.

Anyways, I guess it is all over for now though, seeing as how we are such a threat to the safety and security of the community, city, state, nation, and world at large. It is about time they spend precious resources on such heinous, violent criminals such as ourselves! Everybody knows that we are such dispicable creatures preying on innocent, proper, upstanding, female citizens. It is our fault that they are strung out on crack all the time, commiting violent acts, and wondering the street looking for sex work. Especially the guys who drive in, because no one in these neighborhoods are buying sex. And just think what all this does to the poor innocent drug dealers and petty thugs! I t could not be good for business. It must get down right confusing for them not knowing who is a potential customer of theirs! I wonder how many politicians, attorneys, officers, businessmen, and the like will have their pictures posted. My guess is none!
So watch out fellas, you may not feel much like an enemy of the state, but you are now! I think that it may be time to get reaquainted with good ol' D-town!

It seems very strange that for every streetwalker on the street ,there are 15 dope dealers trying to flag you down to sell their wares. Could the Po-po's who monitor this board please explain as to why they have been able to go un-schathed ?... I never read that 47 street dealers were busted in a sting..... Wait, these guys are selling a highly addictable drug...thus many return customers that need to rob, break-in and murder to get money for their addiction....and the need for a police force........Thus the police leave the dealers alone because they create job security...just a thought.... If I chose the other crack as a hobby I would be home free...but broke

Solicitors take many forms, and the smallest group is the middle class white guy riding around in his SUV!

When I cruised your fair city one night, I saw about 40 crack dealers and 7 SWs. Guess what, the SWs were generally hanging around the crack dealers. Guess who the SWs do more tricks for, regular Johns or their dealer? Call it insider trading? "Johns" aren't abusing these women, the dealers are. These women will continue in the prostitution lifestyle because they are hooked on a drug that is highly ADDICTIVE and, {PLEASE TAKE NOTE HERE} also happens to be an illegal substance. Without any other means to support their addiction, these women will continue to solicit money from any source, including theft, and sex with dealers or "Johns. "

You morons have it all wrong. Busting mongers isn't going to stop prostitution, but busting dealers will sure put a dent in the supply. But it sure sounds like a hell of a publicity stunt, bust the otherwise good citizen, destroy decent, hard working men's lives and reputations! Obviously the real criminals are a little too hardened to give a fuck. I guess it is easier also because the good monger isn't going to cap a cop, but busting a crack house might get dangerous. Why clean up the city, when you can exercise your authority so easily by intimidation alone?

Well, I had a dream. A very LONG dream. Hope you don’t mind if I write it down here.

These past few months have proven to be eventful to say the least and it would seem my luck has been extremely strong. Which is good as just previous to this change of luck I have had a few terrible experiences of getting crappy service and one where I got ripped and there was little I could do. Sometimes when I get a little complacent and careless due to the ease of things, I let my guard down. Needless to say, I wasn't in a position to reclaim my funds due to her boyfriend and some friends arriving so I left thinking to myself to be more wary and to stop giving up funds first.

But on to the good luck tours. First one was quite a while ago. Met up with a very old encounter (time wise not age, 1st encounter was a long while ago) who was an extremely good lay. The first time I met her she was VERY enthusiastic. VERY young as well- about 22. She was a little thick boned but not overweight, just had more curves. You can sometimes see her walking down Oakwood these days in the afternoons. Sometimes she has her hair in ponytails making her look like a freshman in HS! A Honduran woman has been charged with operating two Raleigh brothels, court records show.

Police suspect she may be connected with outher prostitution operations across the state, according to a confidential letter that led to her arrest, court records show.

Amadelia Concepcion Guardado of 3027 Holston Lane has been charged with two counts of maintaining a dwelling for prostitution, court records show. She was arrested Thursday.

Guardado is suspected of operating brothels at 1213 Lake Wheeler Road and 508 Shelden Street. Several women were arrested Wednesday at the Shelden Street residence and charged with prostitution. Two men were charged with solicitation, court records show.

The investigation of Guardado began April 22 after police received a letter detailing a prostitution organization in several North Carolina cities, according to a search warrant.

Other police departments named in the letter confirmed the addresses, names, and dates of similar activities in their towns, court records show.

The letter purported that a Honduran female - Ama Delia Guardado, also known as "Janeth" - had two residences in Raleigh where she sold cocaine and prostituted Mexican women, according to the arrest warrant.

On May 20, police searched a vehicle belonging to Guardado in the driveway of the Shelden Street residence and found more than 100 condoms in a bag. When the investigators entered the residence, the discovered two women pretending to be asleep in separate bedrooms, court records show.

The next day, investigators observed seven men enter the Lake Wheeler Road home and leave after 10 or 15 minutes, records show.

Guardado was held at the Wake County Jail. She was released Friday night after posting a $10,000 bond.

I did have a crazy one as well. It was ol' hazel eyes from my report way back on 1-16-03. And boy was she tripping this time! (Don't confuse her with green eyes as I have done a couple of times. I guess it matters what time you hunt. Sometimes nothing but the bottom feeders out there. Cruised my usual haunts (Oakwood, New Bern, Martin, Bragg) around 3:00pm. Nothing worth inviting for a ride. Whats up guys, cruised for a while today in both Durham and Raleigh only to become frustrated. In regards to the Brothel. In my line of work I happen to come by some brothel info once in a while. From what I have heard, the Brothels tend to cater to a very selective crowd. By this I do not mean rich, most are geared towards the migrant workers. Unless you are one of the "right crowd" it seems to be extremely difficult, if not impossible to find out about these places until it makes the news. Obviously then it is too late. Unfortunately for us migrants don't use computers so they don't post here. I did have the occasion to visit one brothel in durham. It was a pretty nasty place and I didn't partake in the festivities. I have been attempting to find one recently, but have had no luck. I am a clean cut white guy and not their typical client type. They tend to be somewhat racist and stick to their own crowd, which is understandable.

I have a friend in New Orleans who used to be a social worker. He was arrested in a police sting. And because he asked the decoy cop for a BJ, he was charged not with "soliciting for prostitution" which is a misdemeanor, but with "crime against nature," a felony.

True, Chesh, the Capital City street life is bleak. 4-5 RPD cruisers in the zone. My last patrol yielded 2-3 hardened bsw and one ugly, scrawny, wsw, (D) who I engaged for a ten cent conversation while we rode around. Kinda went like this

Thinking of checking out one of the local dial-a-ho's. My plan for exploring this resource would be to discuss honest expectations prior to the meeting with the understanding if she does not live up to her hype, I reserve the right to decline her company, no questions asked. Well, you just have to be persistent and lucky sometimes! I found "J" about 11 am today. I saw her from a distance, made a quick turn and came up behind her! Well guys, I have to say that last week was good for me, although I did put in a lot of time hunting. I saw significant action in multiple zones. Both Wednesday and Friday, I saw a decent wsw off of Raleigh Blvd. right by that convenient/grocery store. I think that she was the middle eastern one that Sgt. Sad mentioned, I have seen her there before.

Thursday night on my way home I spotted two swers on Wake Forest between the Salvation Army building and Capital. One, a wsw, looked to good to be true until I received the usual signals. At this I cut through the Mordecai neighborhood in order to approach her from behind, but alas I was too late. I got there right as she was getting into some johns' car! The second swer, bsw, walked all the way down Wake Forest onto Capital and up Capital towards the Flea Market Mall. I left her alone though.

That reminds me, from time to time I catch some action in the parking lot of the gas station/thrift store at the end of Wake Forest. However, it is a sketchy spot, but worth a look from the road as you drive by.

Bragg St./Garner Rd.: This area has been active. On Tuesday, I found a decent looking one, 7 swer scale, picked her up and took off for a quick cbj(I was feeling precautious that day). While searching for Charkxs' woman, I passed some swers on Martin, none of them lookers. Of course the areas around New Bern have provide an assortment of girls.
