In the past 3 months, I have had great luck reading between the lines and seeing the hidden gems on this board. They were 3 of my best experiences ever. Way way above average. I am not sure if it is because the reviewers are holding back or if others are trying to keep them for themselves.
What are the best girls who have 0,1 or 2 reviews who should be a superstar who actually isn't?
As I reported on another thread. The 3 I am talking about are:
1) Ellie of cc203 (no longer a hidden gem).
2) Jay of Top.
3) Sophia of Mayflower.
The goal would be to get these girls recognition for their great looks and service and changing them from hidden gem to all star status.

Your push back is duly noted and I think misguided. There are very few girls who are so busy that they effectively become unavailable. Ultra popular or not, I have never failed to get an appointment if I wanted it. At times, I don't have my first choice times. But, I get the appointment when I want it. She will go away sooner rather than later. So, sharing the hidden gems will likely make it more financially viable to stay here for longer giving you more opportunity than less.
