Was passing through tabs stopped to try it out. Door was locked. Had to call to get in. There was. I question about what was on the menu but she was not attractive at all. Went for FS but couldn't finish. Had to finish with a CBJ.

So, I TOFFT and dreamt of a vacation to Tokyo. It was more expensive than I would usually do, but it there was a bit more freedom than the other AMP's and was able to get any amenity I desired.

The phone number I was able to find didn't seem to work, the front door bell works but no one came to answer it. The time was about 9 pm, sure it was late but most places I frequent are open to 10 pm or later. It could have been bad timing with an off night or maybe they observe banker hours.
Regardless of their operating hours their building is highly visible from the highway and I'm sure the body shops that share the same highway turn off and parking lot wonder what's going on. The body shops close about 5 pm.
Only bright side to visit past sunset is my walk of shame back to my car was in the dark.
For what it's worth they do have an infrared camera (night vision) camera pointed at the front door from the right.
Thought I'd take a gamble on Lucy Wellness Center in Seaford. Overall impression is that it's worth a visit but not a place that I would become a regular at.
Building is unmarked from the outside but well lit at night. You ring a bell to get let in but while you wait you've got some brought led lights shining down on you. Aside from he open sign it just looks like your waiting to enter someone's house, maybe bring an empty pizza box for a disguise.
Cons. No table shower, they do have a regular shower but I didn't confirm this. Walls don't go to the ceiling and thus a lack of privacy. No else came in after me but you could hear other people cooking. Massage was actually really good but I would only book a 30 min appt, I paid the hour and was out in 40 mins. I'm not one to get bent out of shape by being shorted since I don't plan to return and it was my first visit. Since I have no interest in returning I didn't get her name. She was younger 20's /30's. She answered the door and gave the massage so I didn't see the lineup or other gals. Hour 60 tip 60 with UTC up top. I'm sure the menu is more expansive but I didn't inquire or seek out anything more.

Was passing through and checked out Lucky Wellness in Seaford last night. Don't know whether to leave this here or in "DE Other Areas," but saw a report on this place a few posts down. And figure that anyone in the general area on here is checking both boards anyway.
Mostly similar experience to the earlier report. It's right in the downtown area, in a block that has some businesses and some residential. Not a lot of traffic at night, and the building is nondescript.

Been out of the game for a bit. TBH, was a little nervous to get back into the saddle. Milford was my go to, but word on the street it's closed.
Head over to give this place a try. Parking lot is a bit of an interest, very well lit on a main street. Has some side parking in the darker area, however, it appears we all have the same thought to park away from the front of the strip. 3 vehicles including my own parked in the darker area, while the front lot remained empty. Greeted by a very friendly face. Needless to say, happy that it's much closer than Milford was for me. Had a low thirty year old. Did the standard greeting, told her it was my first time. This place, if it still exists, is like a box of chocolates. I had one of the best AMP experiences I've ever had in my life in this place back in August with an Angel. In fact, that was her name. Angela. I returned last weekend and was told my Angel was gone so I settled for coco. Big mistake. I'd rather buy $200 worth of Thrashers French fries and feed them to Sea Gulls than give Coco 200 again. The experience you describe here may be worse but for sure, coco is the queen of "doesn't want to be here" which to me, tops all turn offs. In any case, heard in pm from OC local that the place was raided so I guess there's no point talking about them anymore. Happy hunting.

While in OC I decided to visit this place. I called and when arriving was met by Coco. Her attitude was clear from that meeting leading me to believe this would be an unfruitful investment of time and money so I made an excuse and left. After finding nothing worth visiting in Salisbury, took a detour to Seaford to roam the SW scene as according to this post.
Looked what the AMP scene was and found Lucky to be right around the corner. Open sign was lit up.
Went and rang bell three times, no answer. Went back to car to text, no answer, then called and a not-very-good-english, not-sounding-25 woman. After a short exchange of failed communication, I hung up. I was already on the fence about checking it out as there are clear residences next door, and a lady even cruised by to and said a nice friendly hello. Table shower was very good and thorough. Massage was surprisingly good and skilled. Soft touch was nice and enjoyable. I've had better, but I've paid more for worse, unfortunately.
I'm of the hope that a follow-up visit will be more enjoyable. Provider seemed Very eager to please. Understandable given her business has to be suffering.

Just a tip if you register on Rubmaps as a free user, a banner will appear indicating a location has been reported as non erotic as you browse locations in a particular city. Read their ads on Bedpage and other sites.
Now the first moves, if a towel is on the table folded up and you get undressed don't unfold it, you can just set it on your butt / legs as you lay down, if she wants you covered she will do it. If you just had a table shower and she cleaned you everywhere don't even bother with the towel, lay down naked. If you get a table shower she will usually ask it she can clean your parts, I always say "that is why I'm here".

The Spa is called Sunshine Spa. I would not rush get there. Place is clean 60 minutes turned out to be 45 minutes massage was ok nothing great way to much oil. Standard finish, staff is friendly / older.
The problem is I'm use to Green Belt spas a little disappointing here, funny thing is the prices are the same.
