There is a new drug for ED called Stendra (generic name is Avanafil) that is considered to be better than Viagra in terms of safety and how fast patients feel the effects.

PDE6 receptors are present in the retina and can exhibit cross-reactivity with the use of sildenafil and, to a lesser extent, vardenafil. Up to 6% of patients experience transient vision abnormalities including a bluish hue to vision, blurred vision, and photosensitivity while taking sildenafil. Up to 6% of patients report myalgias and back pain with tadalafil; the exact cause is yet to be determined.

Food intake does not affect the absorption of avanafil compared with sildenafil and vardenafil.
Avanafil strongly inhibited PDE5.
Avanafil could potentially exhibit reduced rates of side effects frequently observed with other PDE5 inhibitors such as visual disturbances, hemodynamic changes, and musculoskeletal effects.

Anyone tried this? Looks like JCM carries Avanavil.

I have contacted the pharmacy where I buy my supplies to get sample pack or 1-2 avana / super avana to try and see how it will work for me. I was told that it does not sell good and they have returned most of their stock back to manufacturer.

My experience IMHO with Avana, it came on fast as far as mild throbbing headache and my package was a soft hearted affair that got at best 70% hard. Would have been better if I had never taken it. Reading what others have said maybe I'll try it again.

Most like because it's so dam expensive to begin with that no one orders it in the first place. Sildenafil 200 mg is still a way better option. Not worth the trouble in my not so humble opinion LOL.
