100 mg. Viagra makes me way too jittery. The 20 mg Levitra works better for me. I get the generic from the pharmacy outfit in India. About $35.00 for 20 and Becca always throws in a free 10 pack, so just over a buck a pill and no script is needed. And before anyone says anything, these folks have been in business for 50 years and the "generic" works just as well for me as the real deal.

To some extent I think the effectiveness depends on the individual. I have not used Viagra, as I was told there are better alternatives. I have used Cialis, Levitra, and Staxyn. All are effective. The Cialis stays in your system for up to 36 hours, and I can feel it for that long (not that it will let you perform for that long). The Levitra and Staxyn tend to be out of your system in 24 hours. I'm not sure of the cost, but the staxy is expensive.

Cialis that is. I get 20 mg. Regular (not chewable) from an offshore pharmacy with no scrip. About $1/ pill. They are not taking new customers. When it works, I can feel the effects for 3-4 days. A weekly "maintenance dose" seems to work best. That said; it doesn't always work. When it does, it's awesome except sometimes I can't come. I think I have a low T level (not too old but not a spring chicken either) which probably impairs the effectiveness of the see.
Any suggestions on improving my T level?

I had no idea the "real: ED pills cost so much, seems outrageous to me. I imagine the patent's still run for awhile on all of them. If I need them before then I'll probably go offshore if possible.

The package does need to be signed for, so if you aren't home when the mail person comes, you'll need to make a trip to your local post office to retrieve it.

I don't know why we need this long discussion of meds on the Milwaukee board when there is an entire forum dedicated to the subject, but apparently there is an interest so here is my 2 cents.
I've used JCM the last two times and they are great. The Suhagra generic viagra has a slot down the middle for easy cutting the 100 mg pills in half. It works for me just like the real stuff from Pfizer.
The other thing I wanted to mention for those like Wanderer who are looking for alternatives is there is a coupon in the paper frequently or just go to cialis.com to print the coupon and with your DR. Prescription you can get a free sample of cialis.

I'm in my mid 50's and have had mixed results with generic in the past, but a about a month ago, I ordered from that commercial you may have heard on the radio, "40 pills for $99". Not only did it help achieve the erection, it created that tingly sensation we all remember when we were 18. For out of country prescriptions to even be considered legal there needs to be a script either in the US or the "mailing" country. Since either one could be forged or made up, the DEA is asking UPS, et cetera, to notify them of any suspicious boxes such as an out-of-country pharmacy. How will they know? They usually pickup the mass boxes from a particular site and you can bet they are not going to not report these companies and where the pkg. Is going for their sake. Just buy American. Right know Cialis is offering a free thirty day supply (with a legal script).

It's safe to take it daily and you can also take it in the morning or afternoon for sex later in the day. You will notice a difference in size and pleasure the next couple days if you just take one dose.
You have to see what works for you, but don't be taking like 5000 MG of it a day. Don't go nuts.

I was highly skeptical when I first tried it didn't think it would do a thing for me. If you are looking to increase your size and output (aka cum) this stuff works. Got mine at Vitamin Shoppe. Started by taking 1000mg in the morning and again at night. Now I find the sweet spot at 3000mg/day. Seem to have more energy too and I am not as lethargic. I am not saying this does anything for ED but it definitely increases output. Still not Peter North but its a huge difference than without.
I will also say this Jackel000 is spot on right. Don't expect the first few days to do anything. Take at least 2000mg daily for a week and you will start to notice a difference in size and output.
Never tried 5000mg. That may be next... Has anyone read anything negative about taking over 4000mg/day of l-arginine ?

After my first nut was done, I was unable to get back aroused each time. Previous formula / batch I was able to get hard again very quickly. I will not purchase this product again.

I ordered 24 100 mg suhagra for at $38.00 free shipping. Becca threw in a few extra so came out to 32 pills.
Pay was a little tricky cause at the time they only accepted "Vanilla" reload or money order. I didn't want to do the money order so I had to figure out what the vanilla reload was. Took some shopping around. Went to Walmart, target, Walgreens, family dollar. CVS was the only one who had the scratch off reload card.

Have anybody tried swag pills? Google them if you don't know what am talking about. I get them at my local gas station and they work! Its two pills you take at once. I've been on generic Flomax for about 2 years now for urinary hesitancy. Was great at first, but lately it's about 75% effective. Met with my doctor for my annual and he prescribed Cialis for daily use. If you do this, make sure the scrip is for urinary hesitancy and not for erectile dysfunction. My insurance picks up the lion's share so I pay $25 instead of $280 per month. Insurance didn't cover Viagra at all. I had been cutting my 100 mg generic Viagra in thirds and that was effective for getting and maintaining an erection, but did nothing for my poor piss performance. This is 2 birds with one stone, and the best part is it was Mrs Kane's idea. Thanks honey!!

Read about L-ARGININE here on the forum. I know with a lot of this stuff its all about how your body reacts to it. I was highly skeptical when I first tried it didn't think it would do a thing for me. If you are looking to increase your size and output (aka cum) this stuff works. Got mine at Vitamin Shoppe. Started by taking 1000 mg in the morning and again at night. Now I find the sweet spot at 3000 mg / day. Seem to have more energy too and I am not as lethargic. I am not saying this does anything for ED but it definitely increases output.
Don't expect the first few days to do anything. Take at least 2000 mg daily for a week and you will start to notice a difference in energy, size, and output.

I reread what I posted and parts of it read like an EXTENZ infomercial. L-arginine did not increase anything measureable size wise or as Extenz claims "Male Enhancement". I was referring to output and size of volume aka more cumm. The effects after a week of use for me was more energy and more output volume wise.
I would say for me that L-arginine is a good complementary product to Viagra and Cialis. I paid $17.00 for 100 1000 mg l-arginine pills at the Vitamin Shoppe.

What I do is I buy the max, like 96 for $300 or so. Get an Rx from your doctor and have them fax it over. You then write a check to some front company. In about 2 weeks you will receive them in the mail. Usually from Inda, France, or Poland. Its the generic brand and they work perfectly. Get the 100 mg pills. I cut them up into quarter pills. A quarter of a pill is just the write amount. Oddly if I take a whole pill it does not work and its a waste. All I need is a little jump start. Too much juice I get a headache. So 96 pills for me is like getting 384 pills. That will last a long time even for an active man like me. If someone stands you up and you waste a pill, no worries, it was less than a dollar. I've been a customer of Global Health for many years, way back when they were Canada Drug. Good people who will work with you. Maybe they would let you have the package dropped off with them?

The cards that le tyou generate a temp card number are what you should yes as said below. But if you don't have one just get a prepaid card. Walgreens, Walmart, etc. I believe I used a Visa Vanilla last time. Works great and you don't have to worry about fraud.

Bingo! Feels very much like the 'little blue pill, only stronger. Also, the effects last for a lot longer than V, even a full day later. Just take it with water 45 minutes or so before an appointment.
It may not work for everyone, but it sure worked for me.

Temp CC number sounds like a viable option for us mongers who do not want the CC numbers to get compromised. I did some research and found that BoA and Citi cards offer this feature. But I would say check with your doctor first.

Kinda like your last resort / hope. Be careful for what you wish for and understand it before try it.
Thanks for all the input. I figured it was a matter of time before the effects diminish. I didn't think about " L " , probably because I haven't seen it advertised anymore and my Dr didn't mention it. I don't and won't go the way of the shot. I was at my Dr's yesterday and got a Rx for generic " C " out of Canada. They are 5 Mg, 84 pills for $155 . We'll see how it goes. I can be thankful that I don't need to rely on them to get the job done, but they are a nice boost, I like to get the most bang for my buck when I'm with a provider.

You can choose between Indian generic or Canadian generic . I chose the Canadian , they were a little more $ wise , but I just don't trust the Indian pharmaceuticals , just my preference . I posted this in a different section a while back, and meant to post it here too. I have a source for Cialis. Its not the generic alternitive. Its the 20 mg tablets of Tadalifil. I can wake up with raging morning wood and a high libido, but as the day wears on and becomes evening I'm tired and so is my libido. Sometimes have to concentrate to make things happen. My case isint all the time, maybe 30 to 40 % of the time. I just chalked it up to getting older (42 this month) , less than ideal shape and crappy sleep pattern. I did do some reading into it, have you had a testosterone test? The reason I asked is that during sleep your body repairs itself and builds testosterone, which is highest during waking hours and slowly decreases during the day. But if you have a lower than normal number, your not starting out with much to begin with. Do a little research, there are a lot of foods that build testosterone naturally. A self detox on the porn, if you watch any, will tell you too. I've had mine tested and was in the high 300's to low 400's. A little low but going on testosterone replacement is the last thing I'd want to do, even my Dr recommended against it.

My Dr wrote out the Rx for pulmonary hypertension , which I do not have . Just a way for him to get around the system . Id imagine one could find himself in trouble for writing a Rx for a condition that a patient doesnt have . Maybe your Dr is just being cautious and covering his ass .

That was then but now that I know what I need I just order online. Mine are 1000's and I take 1 full strength at the first sign of any pain and follow it up with a half pill 24 hrs later and repeat 24 hrs after that one. No doctors appt. No picking up script bullshit. No records kept.
I've heard that they can be used for other infections also.

Not sure if you know this and I haven't seen the pills in question. If the pill does not have a molded line running through the middle where you would cut, you should not split it for less dosage. There is no guarantee that the composition is uniform from what I have been told. Take it for what it's worth.

I've never been there myself, but your price quote tends to confirm that.

Injectable meds for ED have been around for a long time, well before Viagra. There are any number of formulations. Alprostadil (generic or packaged as Edex, Caverject), bimix, trimix, quadmix. Muse is a urethral suppository with the some of the same medications, and the same medications are sometimes packaged as gels or creams that you rub on. Injections seem to work the best, and for most people are not as uncomfortable as the suppositories. Trimix is by far the most common and usually the best of the choices. At one point some years ago I used Edex and then trimix. I was able to purchase trimix for under $100 for a vial that was good for 3 months of use. I just went to franktalk and did a quick but not thorough search for trimix pricing, and found one guy purchasing a 10 ml vial for $120. Typical dosages, I believe, range from. 1 to. 2 ml. So a vial would give you 50-100 injections at that dosage range. The cost of syringes and swabs is minor. This is cheap on a per unit basis. If you want an autoinjector (apparently what Lefty had with NuMale) you can purchase these for well under $50.
Some pharmacies recommend tossing the vial after 3 months is there is any left. Not everyone does, but at $120/ vial that's about 4 per year unless you're using a high dose very frequently. I'll post separately later about side effects, but you probably don't want to use more than that per quarter.
The normal way you get most of these drugs (and if you want reasonable cost, the way you would purchase ANY of them) is to go to a dr that understands these products (not your garden variety internist nor even your everyday urologist, but someone who has an ED specialization) and get prescription you take to a compounding pharmacy and get it (trimix for example). Many compounding pharmacies ship across state lines so even though there aren't many locally (only one I know of but maybe there are more) you can shop for price / quality nationwide.
To be sure, you would also have the dr visit cost, which if its included in the NuMale pricing makes it a less bad deal, probably still a bad deal though.
What were the side affects with that? Everything I've taken in the past always has something. Indigestion, headache and tiredness.My understanding is that the majority of users do not have any particular side effects. However, there is a minority (I've heard maybe 1/3) of users who get significant painful ache in the penis from alprostadil usually until the drug effects wear off (1-3 hours). This was an issue for me. This is normally one of the three drugs mixed into trimix. If this happens the trimix formula can be tweaked to reduce the amount, or eliminated entirely, at which point you have "bimix". The disadvantage is that alprostadil is probably the single most effective of the drugs, so efficacy might be reduced.
Some non-trivial minority of users at some point end up with a priapism (aka the erection that lasts longer then 4 hours). This can be due to inconsistent reactions to the drug (more potent response one time vs another), still learning the right potency, accidental mis measuring the dosage, or stupidity (trying a little extra to last longer and / or adding Viagra, cialis or levitra).
Also, once you inject you will get an erection (assuming the drug works for you) and it will last until the drug wears off. If you change your mind about wanting an erection or the duration, you're pretty much stuck with it. That's not really a side effect, just the way it works.
Finally, there is the question of whether regular injections damage the penis or cause scar tissue or peyronie's disease. When I tried this, my Dr (professor at the Medical College) told me it "wasn't smart" to inject more than 2-3 times in any week, nor more than 4-5 times in any month. Plenty of good Drs think more frequent injections are ok, however. Any many users do inject much more often. When I last researched this a few years ago, I couldn't find any hard evidence linking peyronie's to injections. BUT, when I went to some peyronie's forums on the internet, there were a small number of people who insisted their peyronie's was a direct result of injections. Most people who inject don't get peyronie's afterwards. And most people who get peyronie's don't inject. So this could be a case of a few people mistaking correlation with causation.

If 50 does work for you, continue to get the 100's. It costs a lot less that way.

I think they can be ordered in 20,50 and 100 mg. I've never actually seen 20 mg but have heard it advertised on the radio comparing it's cost to standard 100 mg tablets. Oh guess which ones were cheaper? Oh but I digress.
Start at the lowest dose that gets the job done. So start with a 1/4 tablet. The psychological effect alone might be enough to straighten out your problem. I can feel the preliminary flushing at that dose. If you need more take another 1/4. 50 mg is a recommended level and lots of guys find that is all they need. It saves money and doesn't cause as many side effects.
Headaches are real common. Some vision blurring and color discrimination are common. I know there are a long list of side effects including priapism. It's no joke, but the most joked about, but I haven't talked to anyone who has had it.

I recommend cialis black. Generic cialis is called tadalafil and does comes in the dosages that you specified. 5 and 10 mg is usually the starting dosage. Cialis black is an 800 mg capsule, but it is not 800 mg of tadalafil. The 800 mg capsule has 80 mg of tadalafil. There is 720 mg of other herbal products that increase libido. If you had 800 mg of tadalafil in you at one time, you would probably have a heart attack LOL.
