I've seen a cute blond walking South Union lately at night. She's avg. height, weight proportionate, and sometimes with some dude. Anyone think they know who I mean?
GuessWho, Did this blonde have long or short hair ? I saw a blonde walking a couple of weeks ago she had short hair, with hvy LE around the area she was in. Saw a crowne vic on the side st just off Broadway & Essex. I did not stay around long I will try to do a drive thru this weekend but looks like weather will not be the best.

Nope, past her shoulders, and kinda frizzy. She walks the beat with some tall dude with brown hair. I never liked those situations, usually that's when you have to go where they say, service sucks, and they are on a time clock. She splits up from him every now and then though. I agree, LE is VERY active there as well as everywhere.
Cruised Lawrence for a bit this afternoon just before and during the rainstorm. I saw one of my OHW's (One Hit Wonders) from last fall, Kerry G., on Broadway and again on Lowell St. She was with some spanish dude and didn't seem to be on the stroll, too bad! She was truly a great find, and half of me hopes she got herself squared away while the other half hopes she's still on active duty. Anyone else out here know her?
Aside from that, there were 4 or 5 other girls working the streets, but all pigs. Did anyone see that heffer on Lowell St.? She was hanging with a skinny spanish chick. She must have gone about 250 pounds. Yeesh.
After about an hour I went home empty handed. Too bad, too, cause my dick was about as hard as making a left hand turn in front of the mall.

Live lingerie modeling: Art form or violation?

LAWRENCE -- The city is trying to close down a sexy lingerie business where for $50, women will model undergarments for customers in private.
But the business, New Black Lace, is suing the city, arguing it is protected under the First Amendment.
City officials say the business violates city zoning, because it doesn't have a permit to perform adult modeling.
"We're working with our city inspectors to get the place closed," said Police Chief John J. Romero, who has likened the modeling to an unregulated strip club venture. "A business like that doesn't belong in Lawrence. It doesn't help the image we're trying to promote for the city."
After several of the scantily clad models exposed their breasts and private parts to undercover officers two summers ago, one detective dubbed the establishment "a house of prostitution."
But in a lawsuit filed in Salem Superior Court last week, lawyers for New Black Lace of Lawrence Inc. contend "live modeling is an art form," and the way it is practiced at New Black Lace is protected under the U.S. Constitution.
Lawyers for the lingerie business argue that the Lawrence zoning regulations should be found unconstitutional and overturned by the court. They also seek a jury trial on issues related to the case. A hearing is scheduled this week.
"What this case is really all about is the First Amendment. This is nothing more and nothing less than a form of censorship," said Andover lawyer James B. Krasnoo, one of those representing New Black Lace.
"I can look at a painting in the Museum of Fine Arts and find it erotic and sensual. But does that make the painting pornographic, obscene or improper? No," he said.
"If this were going on at Jordan Marsh at Rockingham (The Mall at Rockingham Park) and under Lawrence's jurisdiction, you can bet your bottom dollar that they would do nothing to stop it. But because it's a small establishment, they feel they can bring their political clout to stop it," he said.
New Black Lace opened in the summer of 1995 in the plaza at 8 South Broadway, next to Moonlite Reader adult bookstore. The modeling has been a part of the business since the beginning.
Customers coming into the shop to check the circular racks of night gowns, bras, panties, stockings and risque underwear are told about the $50 special by scantily clad women who greet them.
But at the urging of police, city building commissioner J. Robert Quimby ruled the kind of modeling going on in the lingerie shop isn't allowed without a special permit from the city's Zoning Board of Appeals.
"It is clear that the sale of lingerie is secondary to the main purpose of the establishment which is attracting male customers for the purpose of observing women in a nearly nude state of dress," building commissioner Quimby wrote in a March 27 letter to Spiros Makris, president of New Black Lace of Lawrence Inc.
"Said live model activities are deemed to be an adult use," he said.
Quimby's letter was a reversal of his initial position on modeling when he issued a permit to the business seven years ago.
"When they showed up for the first time, some people didn't want me to issue a permit because they were using live models. And at the time, I felt there was nothing wrong with people trying something on as part of a retail use -- like people trying on a fur coat," Quimby said.
"But, I feel they have crossed over the line from retail sales to adult use. If it is adult use, you have to get a special permit. And that's not what was granted in this case. They're not authorized to do what they're doing," he said.
The building commissioner's file on New Black Lace includes police reports in which several models were arrested for indecent exposure.
Models who were interviewed as part of the investigation told police they encourage customers to "get comfortable."
"Regular customer, if they get aroused, customer exposes himself, they masturbate, then we expose our breast," a model told detectives, according to one of the police reports. "I reveal myself to customers if they expose themselves."
Each room has tissues and a waste basket for customers who get aroused and need to clean themselves, she said.
Krasnoo said he was unaware of those allegations. Because they have never been proven or cited in the order filed by Quimby, he said, they are not relevant to the ongoing court dispute.
"The commissioner has not alleged that New Black Lace has engaged in any activities related to sexual conduct or sexual excitement," according to the lawsuit.
"Instead, the sole allegation of wrongdoing made by the commissioner, and the sole purpose for the wrongful cease and desist order, is that the models are allegedly 'in a nearly nude state of dress,' " said the nine-page complaint.
what time do you find the best to look. I was around broadway and franklin this past Saturday eve at about 11:30 and past. Didn't see much out.

Gee Chief, your city is generally regarded as a cesspool, the streets are an urgban jungle of crackheads, dealers, and negligent parents, your manufacturing base is gone, your employment pool is little more than dollar stores and sub shops, and your town's biggest claim to Civic Pride is having once been featured on a COPS episode.
You're right, go after the schmuck trying to make a legitimate run at things. Cities like Lawrence should be on their knees THANKING places like Black Lace. They pay taxes, provide jobs, take potential customers of other city illicit pleasures off the general streets, and contribute to an overall decline in street crime.

I have some questions for ya. What's Betsy look like? Does she work nights? The reason I ask is I saw this girl last night, did a few drive bys to make sure and pulled up next to her on a side street off Union. She starts yapping outside my car, same old shit, says yerrrr cute, asks if I'm a cop etc. and just stands there. Man she had a glazed look like she'd been smoking something. I'm glad to hear there's still action in Lowell, I can't seem to find it. I will say I saw about 3-4 blonds last night in Haverhill, 6's or so, pretty decent pickins. Cruised Lawrence last night and Haverhill tonight. Squat, shit, nadda, with the exception of a possible SW on S. Union. LE everywhere dudes, I mean everywhere. In Lawrence last night I saw a Jeep Cherokee dart around a side street to a stop light, meanwhile two bicycle cops came around, ripped the dudes out and arrested them. I have no clue for what, but if you watch the next episode of cops you might see my ass.

Police arrest 25 in undercover operation
LAWRENCE -- Fifteen police officers and Essex County sheriff's deputies dressed in plain clothes scoured city streets yesterday, starting at 6 a.m., looking for people who were breaking the law.
They arrested 25 men and women, ages 18 to 52, on charges ranging from prostitution to trespassing, Police Chief John J. Romero said.
The day-long crackdown, dubbed ''Operation Zero Tolerance, was part of a continuing police effort to address quality-of-life issues in the city, he said.
Arrested were: (I included only SW stuff here)
Rosa Caceres, 34, 161 Bailey St., Lawrence, soliciting sex for a fee, South Union and Bailey streets, noon.
Amy V. Marcoux, 26, 10 Closson Court, Methuen, engaging in sexual conduct for a fee, Morton and Lowell streets, 7:15 a.m.
Mary P. St. Hilaire, 33, Waltham, soliciting sex for a fee, resisting arrest, failure to stop for police, common street walker, South Union and Bailey streets, noon.
Charlene E. Vignola, 21, 61 Ames St., Lawrence, engaging in sexual conduct for a fee, Abbot and Union streets, 3 p.m.

Police arrest 30 in drug and prostitution sting

LAWRENCE -- A police sting to catch prostitutes and their customers led police to a Manchester Street apartment with nearly $200,000 worth of heroin and crack cocaine inside.
"As a result of the hooker sting we developed information about drug activity at 64 Manchester St. and we obtained search warrants for that address," said Police Chief John J. Romero.
In the apartment, police found heroin and cocaine packaged for street sales, a 9mm gun and $554 in cash. Arrested and charged were:
blah blah blah, it goes on to list about a dozen drug dealers, all of them spanish, every single one.
In total, 30 people were arrested in the prostitute sting, Romero said.
Using officers posing as "johns," Romero said four women were arrested and charge with soliciting sex for a fee. They are:
Betsy Jane Lamothe, 21, 89 Foster St., arrested at Everett and Rowe streets. (that's our girl!)
Karen Martin, 42, 572 Essex St., arrested at Broadway and Bradford streets.
Beverly O'Neil, 47, 88 Edgelawn Ave., North Andover, arrested at Crescent and Haverhill streets.
Liza Legendre, 24, address unknown, arrested at Broadway and Bradford streets.
Romero said with the four women thought to be prostitutes in custody, two female undercover officers from the Lawrence Police Department and the Essex County Sheriff's Department took to the streets in the Broadway area posing as prostitutes.
Fourteen men were arrested and charged with soliciting sex for a fee after they approached one or the other of the officers and offered to pay them for sex. They are:

Betsy was working Broadway yesterday. Can't be all bad, she was wearing a Patriot's jacket, and her boy friend was always within sight. South Union has been pretty light lately, its about a 4 block stretch going south from the park and the liquor store on the corner.
Checked out south union and broadway tonight. Saw 4-5 but the LE were everywhere - I have never seen it this bad - left after about 1 hour of looking.

I got very nervous as I saw a police car a couple of blocks back so I just shook my head at her. I looped back and around and she was gone ... :-) ... Last Sunday cruised and came up with Beverly who just plain looked like a hooker, everything about her. I hadn't seen her before but her look just put me in the mood. Boyfriends: Man, they're a tricky bunch to negotiate, ain't they fellas? Personally, I'd rather the guy be a nasty mean $%%$#, because at least you know where he's coming from and can avoid it.
What creeps me out is when a girl takes me back to her place for a date, and some dude is sitting there in sweatpants and a blank look on his face, while she invariably tells me "it's cool". Funny but all of these guys seem to be "cousins" (yeah right).
I gotta admit I actually fell for the old boyfriend-in-the-bathtub trick about 10 years ago here in Lynn. Toni the Stop & Shop cashier actually scammed me when she was on the streets; big black dude jumped out after about 2 minutes in her pad and started yelling at her "What the $##% are you doing?" I got the hell out quick, and realized quick that if he was legit, he would have chased me down, right?
The scam cost me $20, which is chickenfeed when ya think about it. Toni worked the streets off and on another year or so after that (before resurfacing at Stop & Shop where she's been the past few years) and if she hadn't ripped me off the $20, she'd have easily made 8 times that off me in the interim.
Hookers make lousy business decisions. And even worse ones in their choice of boyfriends.

Which comes first? The chicken or the egg? Since I'm certainly not going to buy the boyfriend, the line between boyfriend and pimp is probably a thin one.

Well, what if, while sitting in the jail cell next to a murderer, you realize that this is the only way you will ever have sex? But, the law says: you cannot exchange money for sex. Indirectly, the law says that you cannot have sex.
What ever happened to the idea of freedom in this country? Does the cross stand next to our flag? No, the Head of the Senate Judiciary Committee argues, but prostitution "denigrates marriage, it denigrates courtship, it denigrates family, it denigrates young women." Who is he to define what a family is solely through religion? Forcing all Americans to adhere to a religious code does not better our society; it restricts our freedom to make choices.
In rebuttal to the Head of the Senate Judiciary Committee, admitted prostitute and current porn star Veronica MonŽ questioned our laws during the Jan. 31 edition of "20/20." She asks, "Why is it legal for me to have sex for money in XÐrated movies, but illegal to take money in private?" So, our government is in effect telling us when we can or cannot have sex.
Do not misunderstand me - I do understand the argument that prostitution and violent crime go together. But as Terrence Halanan, San Francisco District Attorney, says, "If you have it operating in a legal method; you don't have pimps involved in it, you don't have drugs involved in it, and you don't have crime involved." Also, the government can begin taxing prostitutes and gaining money for our country, instead of wasting money on court fees, police patrols and extra jail cells.
This is a country of majority rules - a democracy. I may not like our president, but he was elected by us. Joe MacNamara, a police chief, says "Americans never learn from history." To understand what he means, just look at alcohol prohibition during the '20s and early '30s. Consumption did not decline, and instead crime rose immensely. Just because the government feels something can be justifiably illegal will not stop people who want something from getting it. A New York conservative politician states, "If you have an unpopular, unenforceable law, you destroy respect that citizens have for law." Some prostitutes are given citations five times in one night, and even when they are put in jail, they are released the next day. Why not put them on trial, you ask? As MacNamara tells us, "99 out of 100" jurors in San Francisco will acquit them.
Do you realize, though, that 75 percent of prostitution does not start on street corners? Julian Bradley, former owner of an upscale brothel, believes legalizing prostitution does not contribute to the decline of America. As she says, "Prostitution has been around forever."
Interestingly, America has stricter laws on prostitution than most countries. However, one state, Nevada, has stepped forward and legalized prostitution in rural areas. A spokesperson of one of the 35 licensed brothels says legalization "eliminates the exploitation of the [women]" because they become "independent contractors." He says there are no violent crime problems and that his establishment is as "safe" as any other business. This is because, unlike in typical street prostitution, these places are in complete control and know that safe sex is being used.
Legalizing prostitution forces no one to participate - if you don't like it, don't do it. I believe prostitution should be legal for anyone over 18. If you can legally kill yourself with cigarettes at this age, why can't you have sex with anyone you want? Even if you despise cigarettes or prostitution, you should respect a person's decision to engage in any private act she/he wants. Pretty cold and the snow in Lawrence is piled pretty high. Woman arrested twice in a day for prostitution

LAWRENCE -- Police arrested a 38-year-old woman for prostitution yesterday morning. She went to jail, then to court, then back to the street, where police arrested her again.
Her arrest was part of a city-wide crackdown on street crime that netted a trespasser, a prostitute and an unregistered sex offender. Police put several undercover officers on Broadway, Bradford and Essex streets from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. yesterday, arresting five in all.
Chief John J. Romero said the smaller, more visible crimes like prostitution project the image that the city is out of control. By cleaning up the streets police improve a neighborhood's quality of life, he said.
"A lot of times the same people who are committing these minor violations are the same people committing the bigger crimes," he said. "So if you can deal with it on a lower level you can prevent serious crime from happening."
Pauline Hart, 126 Hancock St., was first arrested when Lt. Walter Soriano pulled up next to her on Bradford Street. She asked for a ride and offered to perform sex acts if he gave her $30.
Officers Gary C. Yancey and Ariskelda E. Inoa pulled up behind Soriano's car, pretending to pull it over, and arrested Hart. Police put her belongings in a black plastic bag, which she recovered when she got out of court.
But four hours later while police were working the same area, Yancey and Officer Jamie Brito spotted Hart sitting in a car near Bradford Street. They waited for the car to leave, then moved in.
Driving the 1976 Pontiac station wagon was xxx xxx, 43, of 75 xxx St. When police stopped him, Hart told them xxx offered to pay her $10 for sex, and she'd accepted.
She and the driver were arrested.
Arrested in the crackdown were:
Hart, two counts of sexual conduct for a fee, Broadway and Bradford Street, 11:16 a.m., and again at 3:45 p.m.

Aside from being humorous, this story demonstrates a point to be concerned about when picking up SWs - if she caves under pressure and says you agreed to have sex for money, you will be arrested. Technically, that shouldnt be enough for a conviction, but at this level of petty crime constitutional corners are always cut at the expense of people like us.
I think this becomes a real possibility when picking up girl who are high or otherwise addicted. I try to get in the habit of exhanging REAL first names and getting her to agree to a SIMPLE story - i.e. he offered me a ride and he is taking me to XXX.

Scanned Lawrence tonight after a party and saw 1 SW. She was dressed in all yellow. Had a big gut, dark blonde hair I think and about 5' 6" tall. She was walking by herself but here is the scoop. Trolled Lowell with the usual results-1 crack head so stoned she couldn't make eye contact, not too bad lookin but not worth chasing. The usual pack near Jays, but I'm no cowboy and I'm not about to cut a heifer out of the herd when there are a couple of scrungy dogies around the decent lookin ones; not much marketing savvy there.
In Lawrence ran into Jenifer, a good looking redhead who used to work the town but left for a while. She's an 8 in my book, a few years on her but a good attitude. Senior gives her 4 stars.
Just got back from Lawrence myself where I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer. She's probably late 30s or early 40's long reddish hair. You pay, The clerk gives you a token for the room, and off you go.
Around back, through the door, and down the stairs. There's a camera there and the clerk has get a visual on you and buzz you in to the main hallway, and you go to the room. Drop your token in the slot, go in, and then the fun starts.
The rooms are small, dark, but mostly clean (I hope). There's an elevated built in workbench (aka bed), and a big jacuzzi next to it separated by a wall. The AC rocks, and there's a radio at the side of the bed if the chick wants music. What's with 94.5 FM, anyway? Damn slits like to fuck to that stuff, but I hate it. Anyway, like I say, the darkness is way cool and adds to the mood. There's also a bathroom that's clean and basic if you need to toss the chick in the shower before you touch her.
The rest is up to you, dude! Let us kow how the bar thing works.

I met Mary Thursday night ... any of you guys know here? She claims to be 38, but I'm guessing she is more like mid 40's ... she's decent looking, by decent looking I am saying probably a 5 or a 6. 1. Jen-rapidly becominng an ATF-, unfortunately, left today for New hampshire ski country where she has family. She figured out things weren't working as they should when her regulars treated her better than her live in boy friend. That she got picked up twice in recent weeks by LE didn't help either as a third pick-up means hard time, something she didn't want to experience again.
2. Pam, who is talented but sounds like a nine year old, is vacationioning in Framingham as a guest of the commonwealth.

My guess is that we are unlikely to see Jen again, but who knows. The situation with her guy was getting intolerable and she was getting pretty close tobeing a two time loser with LE. Apparantly the rule of thumb in Lawrence is that if you get picked up three times in sixty days you do time and Jen had been picked up twice. As to whether she will come back in a couple of months, who knows. For someone who has a good attitude, and is pretty discreet in working the trade, she seems to have terrible taste in boy friends and I think it was him that was calling attention to Jen and got her picked up.

I have never had much luck on South Union. I go up to Andover St. and turn around and do a loop. It looks like a good area for them, but maybe I just haven't cruised it enough. I usually spend most of my time on Essex, I'll have to stay on S. Union more next time.

After a pretty good summer Lawrence has gone dead again. Having heard about Mary I picked her up yesterday but given the lack of competition she wanted top dollar. Now I'm no cheapskate, but Mary seemed a 4 0r 5 in my book, so let the record show that Senior did his part in controlling inflation and she got out. With gas pushing $2 just cruising is getting expensive. I think I'll try the southern burbs later today.

I can 100% say that there is no such activity at the Candlelite Motor Inn. Let's just say I know someone that's very very very high up there and no such activity would be allowed.
Not to say that it isn't a seedy place. It is actually a grade A seedy motel. Love tubs and rooms/caves by the hour. But you could bring your family there on vacation and not even be bothered by the action.

You're not missing too much. I've been down there 2 or 3 times in the last 2 weeks and haven't even seen Mary out. Had to be in Lawrence this afternoon, so I tried a route that I sort of figured out from some postings here. Went down Broadway, all the way to Andover, then back up Union to Essex, and then down Essex to Broadway to start all over again. This took way too long, and I eventually found Andover Street and used that connection from Broadway to Union instead of going all the way to Andover. In any event, I didn't see a recognizable SW in any of those loops. Eventually I stopped at McD's on Broadway for some grub, then did a loop around a couple of blocks nearby - I can't believe that I had driven for miles and miles finding nothing, when there were at least 3 SWs (2 WSWs and 1 BSW), around a one block area. I had the EXTREME good fortune of picking up Dawn the other night. My GOD is she pretty. Nice jugs, great attitude. A little high on somethin, and a little higher after we smoked some of my herb. I took a cruise along my favorite pickup route through Lawrence, South on Lowel off Broadway and then bear right on one of the side roads and head over to Haverhill Rd and proceed north back to Broadway, I don't see any action north of Broadway these days. Hope you had success in your Lawrence cruise, I cruise Lawrence alot since I drive thru there on my way to work. The hotspot right now is down around the projects off Lowel St. by the McDonalds. Alot of Spanish girls down there looking to pick up some extra cash for the holidays so activity has been really good lately. The warm weather brings them out for sure and usually they are out after dark but some day time activity as well. Usual price for a BBBJTC is between .20 - .30 . Did the Lawrence stroll last night as well about 7pm. Saw one WSW definite and one maybe. The one definite was about 5'5" and really heavy with short black hair and a tan coat with white fur. She gave me the smile and head nod but decided to pass since she was not my type. The other was older looking (early 40's) blonde hair wire rim glasses but she just stared at me, no smile no head nod so thought she might have been a local mad at the "cruising". Lighten up, we all make mistakes. Generally speaking Lawrence has offered more positives than negatives, particularly since Betsy and her boytoy Fang moved to New Jersey. Scroll back and read some of the positives so you know who you are looking for. $.25 is on the low end of the spectrum (and I am famous for not overspending) so your expectations should not have been real high. In response to your inquiry about the best time to meet Jen, it would be anyone's guess. I feel I got lucky the first time to see her and have been in contact since. She definitely knows what time LE is out in force. I would say early morning between 6 and 8 AM. She is not in the area every day. She may go 2-3 wks before sliding back into this toilet of an area. Just keep your eyes open early AM on Broadway and surrounding areas. She informed me that another good provider, India, was scooped up by LE. She was another good find in the area. Essex and Broadway. Other these girls, don't want to waste time or money on the old broken down trolls still lurking around. My guess is to look, scoop up, and hope for the best! Watch out for LE. I find that daytime touring is better than early evening and after midnight regarding LE.
