Hello Friends,
Does anyone knows generic C made in India ? Brand and manufacturers name would help.
Is it safe to take a 1) Ibuprofen / Paracetamol together with C to avoid headache? 2) Also if someone is taking Alprazolam for sleeping is it safe to take C ?

I have used Apcalis, made in India by Ajanta Pharma. I only have a slight headache problem with C. What I do is take it when I go to bed at night. I don't notice the headache and feel fine in the morning. Then I go out and do my mongering or whatever that day. The stuff works for 3 - 4 days, so I am still covered for a weekend with one dose. The worst "side effect" that I get taking it that way is that I'll sometimes wake up with a hard-on. I don't know about the drug interactions you mention. There are websites where you can enter a list of medicines and it will return known interactions and warnings. I don't have the link handy at the moment.

Hope that this is not too much off topic, but I have recently heard of something called "stone" (it probably has other names) that is supposedly available in some shops in cities that have Chinatowns.

As you say "we are all different." I don't think that C, V or L will help increase the actual number of pops. That is not their purpose. They just allow you to get and maintain an erection so you at least get the chance to pop. If you don't have the wood, you're not going to pop.
You're also not going to pop if you don't have the juice I don't know of any approved medical treatment to help in this regard. There are some expensive supplements that purport to help but I don't know how effective they are for the average guy. There have been previous threads on here regarding vitamins, oriental herbs and minerals. Zinc is one of the key ingrediants. I've tried this route for several months but haven't noticed much difference. I'm not looking for porn star gushers, just a little faster re-charge cycle.

What JZ says is very true. An additional reason for me is that putting on a condom and having it on makes me go soft. I need a good deal of stimulation to stay hard with a condom. Using C helps me stay hard with a condom without that stimuation.

Absolutely -- the combination of a condom and the drug can definitely mean a struggle to blast off in the requisite time. My experience with V is that I'm feeling the effect in 30 minutes and it lasts at least 24 hours. I've never had a headache but get a "stuffy nose" feeling for maybe 2 hours after ingestion. I've never tried C. I'm 60+ and it sure is wonderful to have 60 years experience and a 20 year old cock!

Different people react to these drugs differently. Why don't you try them here first before your trip. My experience is that C has no side effect but its intened effect is also very mild. V hits you within 30 minutes.
Also you might need to experiment with the dosage. Normally it is 10mg for C and 50mg for V but you can start with a lower dosage.

I have never experienced priapism from either generic V or C. I have never tried generic L. I think the odds of experiencing priapism is extremely low, if you use the medication appropriately.
The leading cause of this condition are already existing medical conditions and diseases already present. Also, for some reason some anti-drepessants also cause this condition. Drugs that require penile injections to treat impotence can also cause this condition. However, taking the correct amount of medication of either, C, L or V should not cause this condition. Now, if taking too much of this medication(multiple dosages) could cause this to happen. I started with 50 mg and was able to acheive an erection quickly with V. I then dropped it down to half a 50 mg pill and was able to get the exact same effects. I then switched to 100 mg Generic V and split this tablet into fourths. There is no difference in the drug's effectiveness between generic and 25 mg dosages for me, than 50 mg name brand dosages.
However, to each his own. Your best bet is to see which one works best for your own system. I can still get an erection without this medication. However, the erections I get on a simple 25 mg dosage of generic V, make for a more enjoyable experience for not only myself but my partner.

If you got your shipment from Mexico it is most likely generic viagra. I dont think you will have a problem at all. Try using 1/3 of the pill. That s what i do and works fine. Only works when you need it to and it is sometimes hard to get down in the morning but does eventually.

I am not aware of any adverse effects of Propecia (either generally or sexually). I would however think very carefully before you start take it. A couple of my friends and I tried taking it. It works: plain and simple. My hair thinning stopped, and the drop-out rate was measurable decreased. My sex life was not affected by taking Propecia.
I no longer take it as I wanted to see what would happen if I stopped. Well for me, the thinning did not return, but the bald-pattern changed. I was heading for a receding hair line and now will end up getting a monks-cap. Very strange, but according to my doctor can happen. I’m happy with that and can accept / live with it. One of my friends also stopped and he is now 85% bald: go figure.
I guess the answers is that the effects are going to be different for different people and in the worse case scenario, if you stop taking it, you may loose your hair at a faster rate than before. So it’s a life-time commitment.

Supposedly it lowers libido and can contribute to ED, like an antidepressant. What was the reason you decided to stop if it was working? Physical, emotional, financial, pschychological? I know it can cause damage to your kidneys or I've heard. A lifetime is a long time to be taking medication. My dilemma is that I'm shedding horribly rite now and want to battle this as early as I can.

I stopped because I ultimately did not want to become a slave to a daily, life-long medication: simple. If it was for a "true" organic disorder (heart problems etc...) I would take it...

I don't know if there are any doctors on the forum or whether any of you have experienced what has been troubling me recently but I'll give it a try.

Indian generic C from Ajanta Pharma 10 Mg cost 0.75 US$ for 2 pills. Had it on Friday evening and it worked over the weekend. Side effects were felt within an hour of taking the same, slight headache and pain in my eye ball, also for few seconds got a sinking feeling.
I had to take a Ibuprofen ( half pill ) and it made be feel like normal. Results were good with a harder and longer lasting erection. I cannot compare the results with C as I never had the same but I was satisfied with the generic.
The bad news is that C has given the license for India and they are going to take legal action against all companies who sell generic C. It has been quoted in the news papers that C would be launched around October in India with a price tag between 8-9 US$.

Just wanted to mention about the Ayurvedic (Indian ancient medical science ) pills available in India / abroad for enhancing sexual performance. There is a pill call "Vasant Kusmakar Rasa " made by Zandu Pharma.

So it sounds to me as if viagra could exacerbate your problem in the long run although it may be a kick, because of the novelty, in the beginning.

I've used both cialis and viagra with different brands/sources. I prefer viagra because it gives me instant rock hard wood within 1-2hours and it last 4-5hours. Cialis works weird for me. It really doesn't give me wood till like 12 hours later and it's on/off for the next day or two, but never as rock hard and consistent as viagra. I get no bad sides from either, but alot of people complain of headaches from cialis. I wonder what levitra is like?

This is a pretty delayed response to Vazooli about L-arginine. Its technically an amino acid, which is a building block for protein. It occurs naturally in food, but it easily breaks down with time and processing so we probably get less in our diets than we should.
Its worked for me. Not nearly as dramatically as V, but it can give a noticeable boost. But you can find it cheaper than what you're paying at Walgreens, unless the Walgreens product you mention, Vas-rect (sp?) also has other ingredients. But I find the L-arginine helps me just fine on its own.
I saw a dosing recommendation that I've been following and it works great for me. I read to not take a large amount, and not everyday, to keep a maintenance level in your body. I'm about 140 lbs and what works for me is to take about 500-750 mg, about 4-5 times per week. The, about 45 min to an hour before sex, I spike a large dose of about 2g-3g.
I find that taking it in conjunction with a regimen of gingko biloba and eleuthro (siberian ginseng) can help the L-arginine be more effective. For those last two, just take the recommended dose indicated on the package.
Also, L-arginine can be gotten much cheaper if you go to a store that specializes in supplements (GNC or an independent alternative). You can even buy it real cheap as a loose powder and either pack it into empty capsules or mix it in with some fruit juice or something. It doesn't really have much of a taste and its not terrible to chug it down.
I have nothing against V or C, but for myself I'm trying to hold off on needing either one for as long as I can and am always exploring natural means.
I've also had some luck with Yohimbe, but the side effects can be pretty nasty. I like taking it in a herbal tincture. On a full stomach about 1 hour before I go to bed. For the next day and a half its much easier to achieve an erection when I begin to get aroused.

Many online retailers list their source. It is then up to you to follow through and decide if they are reputable. For example, Rx-mex gets their generic medicines from an Indian manufacturer called GenPharma, and a link to their web page is given; not overly impressive, but they seem proud of their facilities. Let's be careful on the use of the word 'fake.' It's kind of like downloading songs off of the internet. If you got the song you expected, it wasn't a fake just because you didn't purchase it through legitimate channels. Only the band and the record company got screwed.
The generics are not fake if they have the same chemical compound as the real patented drug. They are unlicensed counterfeits but will have the same effect. There are fake drugs containing other chemical compounds or herbs, however. Also, the dosage may not be as strong as stated. Probably it is best to buy a small quantity to test before making a larger purchase to stock up.
Rx-mex: I have previously bought generic Cialis from them. While I suspect that it was not quite full strength, it did work fine. It may have taken a little longer to kick in but the effects would still last three to four days.

I recently ordered a sampler of generic V, C, & L from RX-mex.com. Service was good and other than being held up by US Customs at JFK for a week delivery was speedy.
My experience is that all three seem to perform similarly to the Pfizer V prescribed by my doctor. I split each and use 1/2 at a time and can't really tell the difference between them. Side effects also seem to be the same. I mostly get the stuffy nose but have noticed when taking them for several days in a row(no more than 1/2 tab in 24 hours) that seems to disappear after the first day.

If you are in a hurry and don't have the time to wait an hour for the full effects of V to kick in, or if you have recently eaten a meal which interferes with the absorption of V, you can let the pill dissolve under your tongue. The pill is very bitter but if you do this you will feel the full effect of V in 15-20 minutes.
As I last posted, I placed my order from OverturePharmacy.com for 30 50mg doses of V. I did the express delivery for like 2 dollars more (what the hell). The V arrived in about 5 days (much faster than I expected). To my surprise, I received 30 100mg of V (I saved about $18.00). I guess they were out of the 50mg doses.
Called one of my regulars the same day and made an appointment for that night (why wait?). I'm a regular "toker" and love to fuck after smoking some good chronic...it makes me horny and rock hard. I bought this V since chronic isn't always available where I'm going on vacation.

My experience with both is that I prefer V. While both gives me a slight headache and flushing, with C the flushing is more extreme plus not only my face but also my ears. Also, with C, it's a longer duration of the flushing.
A side note, I'm seeing one regular who I feel comfortable barebacking for several years. The good thing is that she comes to my place as opposed to my cruising looking for her. I want to relate my negative experience with them. I sent away for 30 50 mg soft tabs of Kamagra.
I received 100 mg instead and at first I was elated because the price per dose was effectively halved. However, either I was sent a bad batch or the soft tabs don't work because I've taken up to 100 mg and nada. I should point out that I was very happy with the Silagra brand I got from another site but they no longer ship to the U.S.
I have attempted to contact Overture Pharmacy but have never heard from them.

Talking about embarrassment issues I guess.
I use very small doses, so I'd only be tote'n a couple of pills with me.
In return, I offer my V system as if it might benefit anyone else.
I get it from Ameridex (spelling?) No complaints at all.
YMMV but I respond to a very small dose it in 15 mins. (I think a cut pill works faster)

I just have to weigh in with another report on Levitra. It seems to be somewhat overlooked here, but I've been happy to the extent that I haven'te even tried anything else (V or C).
Last week I took one about 45 minutes before seeing a gal I have visited off and on for about 4 years. Pretty Vietnamese gal, and I like her, but she's kind of a regular, so I know there wasn't any "new gal" effect.

Just contributing to the discussion by adding my experiences.
I first used Viagra soon after it was released. It was always effective for me, usually for a couple of days from the one dosage. I used to buy 100 mg tablets and split them in 4, so my dosage was about 25mg.
Whilst it worked very well with "the woody" it also had some side effects - the usual stuffy nose, sometimes unbearable indigestion and of course flushing. The flushing was no so much a problem because it gave me some reassurance that "something was going on". Timing of dosage was also a problem because it was recommenended it be ingested on an empty stomach and from memory at least an hour before expected action.
Tended to limit spontaniety of experience and also became a problem if an unplanned opportunity occurred.
Also found, whilst experimenting with dosages that the more I increased the dose the greater the side effects - make sense. Also the higher the dose the more delayed the rogasm was. Great at the start, but after the novelty wore off it became really hard to cum.
In summary V was good for me albeit with some not insignificant side effects and inconveniences.
When Cialis became available, I tried it and it has virtually overcome all of the drawbacks I was experiencing with V.
Again I buy the largest pill and split in 4. For me the effects from one dosage seem to last well in excess of advertised 72 hours and whilst a dosage is still in my system I am ever ready. Side effects are minor - occassional mild indegestion and also some general tiredness- I find I can minimise this latter side effect by taking the dose just before sleeping, so that when I wake the next day I am "good to go" in all ways. My plan on my next mongering holiday in a couple of weeks time (Thailand) is to halve my minor dose (if I can split the pill that small) and take that dosage every second day. My hope is that this regime will sustain me for every day.
Recently I have purchased "Vuka 2000" a herbal/vitamin supplement which I use on a daily basis. The aim of using this product was to increase semmen production, hopefully to enhance orgasm. I was very cynical of this product simply because I just came across it on an internet search. I dont think it has helped me a great deal with semmen production but it seems to have increased my spontaneous erections quite significantly and also increased my libido to some degree. Then again maybe it is "cause & effect" That is, more erections more desire.

So in summary C has solved most of my erection issues and I will use it on a needs basis. Vuka 2000 I will continue with as a daily regime- whether mongering or not, it is relatievly cheap.
But I have a problem which seems to be common for guys that are 40+ in that I can get it up, virtually as much as and whenever I wish, but when I have a few sessions close together , the ejaculate tank seems to start struggling to produce a meaningful amount of cum, can sometimes be very embarassing when having a few sessions a day whilst on mongering vacations. For me C is just a far more natural experience than V.
This includes ejaculation.
When using V I had more trouble with (sometimes, very) delayed ejaculation.
I think this was possibly because I was overdosing.
Certainly great for the "wood" but a mongrel for indigestion, stuffy nose, flushing etc (oh by the way forgot to mention last post, at one stage I took 100 mcg of V - this was soon after they released it and I was trying to arrive at correct dosage - and I had blue vision and also sensitivity to sunlight, not a fun experience).
Even when dosage was reduced to 25 mcg, a lot of these side effects remained albeit they were reduced in intensity and thank god the blue vision totally eliminated (dont mind the blue vein, but dont want the blue vision)
Generally, I think the way to go is to reduce your dosage, to minimise side effects as long as you still get the desired erection result.
It is very much trial and error.
I know when I first started to using V I still did not have total confidence that it would work and as result tended to overdo it. This was all about a confidence issue with me.
Even when I started to use C I tended to overdose because C did not give me the flushing experience and so i was not totally convinced that it was working.
But in my experience the delaying of ejaculation problem, which for me is not really an issue with C, can be eliminated with C, if you reduce the dosage far enough.
I believe the same rule would apply to V.
As mentioned when on my next vacation, I will try to 1/2 my dose of C, but take it every second or third day.
Currently I find 1/4 of a large tablet (10mcg?) every third day is adequate, so still not totally sure if I halve it how often I will need to "top up".
I guess I will just have to experiment a little.
This is all about, min dosage for max effect and reduction of side effects.
I have very few side effects with C, but my goal (if possible) is to totally eliminiate them, without of course losing the desired effect.
Given that you have lots of experience with V, I would suggest that you really have nothing to lose by tring C.
For me once I started to use C, it made V suddenly seem primitive.
I have not tried Le Vitra.
Asked my Dr about it and according to him it works on the same principal as V, so I did not bother, having decided, by that time, that C was a superior medication for me.

I have to ask a question, though - I'm fascinated by this concern you have with your ejaculate volume.
I do remember a very small number of my clients sometimes mentioning after sex that "the condom isn't as full as it used to be" or words to that effect, but I always figured they were just making an observation. In these days of incredibly high security you have almost got to factor in as a worse (and probably realistic) situation your luggage will be searched.
Less likely that your person will be searched.
My inclination would be to keep them in my wallet, rather than in checked luggage or carry on.
You will have to remove your wallet and put in the in small tray as your person is x-rayed, just prior to boarding.
Very unlikely that the contents of your wallet will be viewed.
But because security is so tight (thank God) there is no way to guarantee completely that you will not have an embarassing episode.
The other alternative is to buy C in the country in which you are staying.
There are many parts of the world where C is an over the counter, rather than prescription item.
Also dont forget, whilst everybody of all ages in familiar with what V does - after all it has been the subject of many jokes, tv shows, movies, etc.
C has a much lower profile to the general public.
Given this, and given that the drug is not illegal is it a "given" that if your luggage were searched and some C discovered, immediately your friends, family etc would be aware of it.

There wasn't one. I was stuck with a 2 week delay when I wanted it ASAP.
I called the pharmacy and asked if I could pay extra for expedited delivery. NO! They only had ONE delivery option! But what about the web page that says FedEx, DHL, etc are available. Oh, We're still working on that. He explained that the order was being shipped from Europe and the delay was in US customs. Then I asked if I could cancel my order. NO! I had to argue with the manager for 10 minutes before he agreed to cancel my order to credit my credit card. He ended our call by telling me that I was now barred from their website.

I drink booze and use V pretty much every weekend. Thats the only time i need it. The worst side effect would be the stuffy nose. Having a long session half in the bag and not being able to breath through your nose. I found this happens only half of the times though. Not sure why.

I've tried both C and V.
V gives me a vicious headache. Part of this was due to overdosage of 50 mg. Also, a few of the girls asked me if I was ok because my face had swollen. (plus i was in the middle of my quest for 13 girls that night)
C worked with less side effects, yet the headaches persisted.
Both kept the wood up for as long as needed.

GarotozGeneric meds are not regulated in other countries nearly to the standards that they are in the U.S.(if at all). In the U.S. and Canada, generics MUST contain the same amounts of active ingredients as the original brand name. With foreign generics, who knows? Your 50 mg. generic Viagra might only have a fraction of the active ingredient (sildenafil citrate) that the 50 mg. brand name does. It might not even have any at all!

Well, it's been about 6 months or so since I started using viagra. My assessment is as follows.
I've given up the blue pill due to the side affects. My conclusion is simple, if you're able to get it up on your own, this pill is a waste and certainly not worth the horrible side affects. If you're some old timer who wants to get occasional wood and this is your only means, then go for it.
The side affects I suffered while using this drug were:
1. Horrible 16-20 hour migraine level headache
2. facial flushing and swelling, including fingers and hands.
3. Nasal passages would close off and was unable to breathe through my nose for a period of about 20-24 hours after taking this drug.
4. A sluggish uneasy feeling lasting through the entire following day.
5. Severe heart palpitations usually lasting off and on for 24-36 hours.
Positive affects:
1. able to obtain a much quicker erection
2. Erection is a little fuller and firmer.
3. Able to have more control over cuming during the first shot.
My overall opinion, unless you really need this pill, it's a waste and never worth the lasting side affects. They are borderline horrible.

From my reading here it sounds like C has far fewer side effects but I am concerned with how long it is effective as I don't want to spend the day after walking around (at work) with "Unwanted Wood".

Long answer: Viagra is a prescription drug protected by patents owned by Pfizer. Only legal way is to obtained a prescription from your doctor and have it filled at a licensed pharmacy. Unwanted wood isn't generally a problem. C acts fairly naturally so that you require some stimulation before you actually get wood. You may wake up in the morning with a hard-on for a couple of days after taking it but normal day to day activity should be unaffected.
C usually lasts about four days for me. The side effects are mild but it can cause headaches. When I have something planned, I'll usually take it the night before and then the side effects are gone by the time I wake up.

Therefore I do not know if v would help me after what you said. weed and alchohol both have helped me some (losing inhibitions, right?) but prolonged periods of use of either or usage in large quantities tends to have the adverse effect. Start with 25 Mg (1/2 or 1/4 of either a 50mg or 100mg). Easy to split. Take 20 min or so before sex. When you feel a slight flush, it is working. Again you can progress upwards if the 25mg doesn't work. Avoid real heavy meals right before or that tends to dimish the impact. Take a benedryl if you get congested. You might want to try Uprima or Selegeline HCL. Both increase dopamine levels and don't have the depressive effects of alcohol or valium - they actually increase pleasure. Both are available on the web.

If your C worked well one time and then didnt the next give it one more try. You just might have been off that day, or you could have eaten something the the pill interfeared with. Try it again on a lighter stomach. If that doesnt work, try a slightly higher dose.

I also got some V from Rxmex. The pills were vacuum sealed flat in an envelope that could have been a greeting card. Hand addressed, with air mail postage stamps. Even with the shipping charge, as I use 25 mg, the cost is less than a buck a dose.
I also got one of those letters from Canada customs. They stated that they will return to sender. The package was coming from Mexico.. I heard a radio news report yesterday about a man in Veitnam who bought a generic Viagra tablet for a £1.00. The tablet had the desired effect but the genlteman concerned had to be hospitalized two days later because his erection still hadn't gone down. So, Iwant to try overture for the generic Kamagra (sp?) but Ihave a few questions. A) Is this the company that is having trouble with the Canadian /US customs? Any one every used a cock ring after popping a V? RodThat's what I was using that day. A big rubber band around my scrotum then twisted around my shaft so it was like a fugure 8.

I experienced no service problems and the product seemed just as effective as the real stuff. (I think I'll try ordering some generic C from them next time)
I think its probably those junk email solicited companies and viagra links from places like porn sites that people should especially avoid. The way they find your email address and get around your pop-up blockers is seedy to begin with. So far, Overture worked fine for me and is recommendable.

Not only did overture raise it's shipping charges to $20 (for an order that I could ship 3000 miles for 37 cents) (probably around the world about five times for $20) but they billed my account and I still haven't recieved my stuff after two weeks. I have a quick question? A while back my at the time girlfriend and I were having a sex challeng. We were trying to see who could tire the outher out first. I've found there to be a bit of a window period when using V. For me, it worked the first time but it seems to take about an hour to kick in and then I have less than an hour to do my thing if I expect optimal effectiveness. The residual effects can last into the next morning however.
Note: It definately works better on an empty stomach. Also, be aware of other meds, caffine or alchohaul that may suppress its effectiveness. I dont know if any of these things specifically supress V, but are sometimes factors when taking other drugs. Maybe you just some duds.
OVERTURE: Thanks for the post Rake because I was just about to order a buttload of generic C from them. I cant imagine how a large reputable online company whose probably making money hand over fist from loyal repeat orders could suddenly flake like that, but would have to agree that the hard drive story was just a cover for the more complex legal problems they probably have. You confront the desk clerk who has now forgotten 98% of his english and after an additional 2 hours of stalling (including a transcontinintal call to uncle Ramada in Cali ) you get to move all your baggage to another 3rd floor walk up on the other side of the motel (no phone). You get to sleep at 4:00 am. Your credit card is billed every month for the next 4 years for the room along with a $ 123. 75 for " jos stick incense". Bopal = a good start. just glad I started with the " V" from these idiots & not my Cardaziem Rx.

The problem right now is that the carriers will not ship the product. I have an order with them as well as with overseasrxdrugs.com (very reliable) and I'm going through the same issue. I believe they will need to ship via regular mail.
Worst case just get your money back from your credit card company.
