It only took me a minute to search that tutorial you posted here. Not sure why these guys keep asking the same questions that have already been asked and answered thousands of times since Day 2 of this site. That white rectangle box on the upper right hand corner of the page is your best friend. Low ballers are at $$ to $$$. Mid level is 4-6. High rollers are at 7-1 k. Age, race, experience (of the girl), length of date, drive time and game are all variable so YMMV 10% to 50% depending on a variety of factors. Those rates would apply to vegas as well.
Best bet is to just stick with your current game plan and if you are not getting enough responses bump up the rate a $.
