One dollar (4 Quarters) will get you a little over an hour on the meter which is ample time. At night and on Sundays you don't have to feed the parking meters.

The spot against the fence and closest to the building can be parked in safely AFTER the hair salon has closed: after 6pm Mon-Sat, all day Sunday. Always check, though, to be sure they have closed for the day.
