I'm always there more than two hours, so the street parking is risky for me in the sense of getting a ticket. I think it is pretty safe otherwise in the daytime. I'm never there at night. The parking lot is only $6 all day, which sure beats stopping the play to run out to drop quarters into the parking bandits. Just take your first right (by Panda express) then head down the small lane, take that right turn, through the narrow alleyway. Ss.Be careful on where you park. Parking in a space designated for people with disabilities is there for a reason and that it why each state has this designated parking spaces. If a vehicle is parked in a designated space without a window placard or specialized license plate, fine starts at $250 and there is no limit to the maximum fine.
Consider the fine and paying for towing and storage it could take at least 3 sessions out of your pocket. Oh, the vehicle is also inputted into the dmv database and will have a red flag to the vehicle and owner.

With restraint, I'll answer your question. Yes, I have seen some Wounded Warrior or physically challenged person utilizing the services of an AMP. And, yes, that parking is reserved 24/7 for vehicles displaying a legal handicap parking sign.
