It shouldn't surprise you guys that Tokyo Spa is the latest victim of AMP closures, given the multi billion dollar redevelopment occurring in the Ward area. LEO needed a cooperative landlord and neighbors to collect evidence against Tokyo Spa. AMPs aren't good for property values (especially for condo units that start at $1. 2 million).
Have you noticed that are options are slowly shrinking? I spent a lot of money and time at the ward whoreplex over the years. It's sad to see that they are all gone. I'm sure more closures are yet to come. Stay safe and be smart my brothers.
